25 Years of Quality

My original business, Intermedia Games, moved into Wylam Wharf over 24 years ago and occupied the top two floors. The building had suffered years of neglect and Rivergreen carefully restored it, inside and out. The work carried out and the location on the River Wear created an ideal place to expand my new business. It was a superbly restored grade II listed building with a modern feel and visitors always commented on the amazing space in which we worked. The open plan office and design absolutely contributed to a highly creative business.

Rivergreen built a beautiful home for me almost 20 years ago and I have no regrets in my decision. I quickly realised that this award winning company focuses on small exclusive sites using quality products and a highly trained, professional workforce to develop individual, beautiful homes to an exceptionally high standard. From the beginning of the process everyone at Rivergreen was extremely supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of each step of the build, an enjoyable and educational experience for me. I enjoyed many opportunities for my home to reflect my style and taste. I cannot speak highly enough of both my beautiful home and all involved with Rivergreen as a company.

Hart Biologicals develop and manufacture specialist medical devices. A significant proportion of our clients are international, and as such, it was important that we housed our company in facilities that gave these clients confidence that we were a highly professional company with facilities that meet the needs of an international organisation. Our facilities at the Queens Meadow Business Park in Hartlepool certainly meet this brief.

In 1997 we learnt of the possible development of Cleadon Pumping Station, 6 years later Rivergreen honoured a promise made at that time and we chose one of the four houses available. 15 years later we are still enjoying our amazing home.

Ikon has always occupied a very special scientific niche in the oil industry with strong links into academia. As business grew we needed an office that befitted our dreams. The ambience and quality of the space spoke volumes for how we perceived our place in business. Visitors stepping into the Ikon office in Rivergreen always expressed emotions of wow, can I move here and why isn’t our office like this.
